I purchased a woman cut on Groupon on May 5, and I did call right away to make appointment with Nancy. I thought I could have my hair done on the next day, but unfortunately Nancy put me on May 14 at 4pm, which one week later. But there was some urgent came out on May 14, and I knew I couldn't make it, so I called up Nancy to see if I can change the schedule. Her attitude was so bad and impatient with me on the phone to help me find available schedule. I was pretty upset and I had to cancel that Groupon, which I waited for a week and still couldn't get my hair done. I am hoping she could be more patient and thoughtful with her customers.
