Too bad there's not an option for a negative rating. What a horrible experience. The environment is all open concept and hard surfaces so the noise level is stunningly loud. While seated promptly for our reservation, it took several minutes for our server to arrive. Our drink order took at least 15 minutes to be delivered, which was a consistent problem throughout the evening. We are martini drinkers, so to be served martinis in a 3 oz. 1920's era champagne glass was not impressive. The food options are assorted, but the meal was not good. The lamb chops were undercooked, the skirt steak stringy, and the shrimp and garlic with bread inedible. The sodium content of the shrimp made it impossible to eat, and the bread was a delivery system for butter, and was also salted. And this is not a restaurant run by people new to the game. This family runs multiple stores in the South Bay, this being their latest. The service was poor, and the Owner made it a point to tell us to remember his face, as he was the Owner, to which one of our party replied that he should remember his face, as he is the client. Arrogant and out of touch. We hated the experience and will not return.
